Welcome to The Posture Lab, where we dwell in
The Art of Fixing Bodies. We aim to enlighten
you on how your muscles work and body functions,
so that you are able to take care of yourself,
in order to take better care of those you care about.

Our experts will assess your posture through static and dynamic analysis.
Do any of the five common problems look familiar to you?
Forward Neck
Rounded Shoulder
Hyperextended Back
Imbalanced Hips
Bow Leg /
Knock Knee
We will combine a variety of elements to reduce any apparent or
potential issues that are noted during the Posture Analysis.
We will recommend specific corrective exercises and movements to improve your flexibility and strength, reduce pains and regain proper posture.
These exercises will teach your body to get the muscles fired up effectively. They include isolating different muscle areas so that you can engage the right ones for the right purposes.
It is essential to include mobility exercises as part of your training, especially since the ageing process will reduce your natural mobility. Mobilisation exercises would reduce the pain, strengthen the muscle, and improve the mobility of the shoulder.
The exercises here will allow you to perform the daily activities more easily and with a lower risk of injuries. The primarily weight-bearing workouts focus on core muscles of your torso and the lower back.
Those with a sedentary lifestyle or amateur athletes who overwork during their training would find this highly beneficial. The exercises are aimed to improve your overall physical performance.
The therapist was very experienced and professional, knowing my weak spots and worked on them effectively. Moreover, he has a great depth of knowledge on sports science and not only focuses on flexibility but also strengthening of the muscles in order to minimize the risk of injuries during high intensity training. Strongly recommend all to try even if you are not an athletic person like me as such sessions would help in the overall health of your body.
