Sports Therapist
Chai Bing Liang is a Sports Massage Therapist. Exposed to a variety of sports from a young age, he noticed the importance of body maintenance before and after doing sports.
With the passion and interest in helping people to achieve their fullest potential, he decided to take on the mentorship program conducted by The Posture Lab.
He has been competing in canoeing and Dragonboating since he was 13. He is a Provisional Coach in Dragonboat and is certified in Basic Sports Massage. He hopes to help athletes prepare for their best performance.

Before graduated with a Bachelors (Honours) in Sports Studies and Marketing from University of Stirling, Chermaine started her career in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer for 2 years and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (Level 1) accredited by Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.
Through her bubble personality, she establishes relationships easily with people from all walks of life. With her strength in human relations skill and knowledge in sports and marketing, she is able to go in depth into the topics with potential partners and add value to them.
Head of Education (SPRTS) / Sports Therapist
Wei Qian is an active individual with competitive experience in swimming and kayak sprinting. Being in sports with intensive training schedules that involve highly repetitive movements, she is well-versed with overuse injuries and muscle strains. She is able to help you better understand and approach such issues holistically, getting you back on your feet for functionality, training or competition.
Wei Qian holds a Bachelor (Honours) in Sport Science, and is able to apply her knowledge into aiding with better muscle recovery and performance. She is also an AUSTSWIM certified swimming coach, teaching individuals from ages 4 and above, including adults.

Jeremy's forte is in assisting his clients to perform basic movement patterns efficiently, facilitating them to achieving their goals in fitness & sports.
Backed with 5 years experience as an ACE Personal Trainer and a Diploma in Exercise Sciences alongside a Degree in Sports Science & Marketing from the University of Stirling (UK), Jeremy has a track record of helping many clients overcome their personal physical challenges & discover new goals in life.

Kai is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and has also attained Basic Sports Science certification with Sports Singapore. Mentored by Master Trainer, Jeremy, she is currently pursuing her Personal Trainer certification.
Director of Community Wellness
A passionate dancer, Cheryl is trained in Classical Ballet under the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) syllabus starting at the tender age of 3. She moved on to other genres of dance such as Contemporary, Jazz and Hip Hop and has performed internationally at the prestigious Fae Mae Kong - International Festival of Dance in Laos and Rozzi Theatre in Siena, Italy. She performed and worked with various international and local artistes such as Edith Podesta, Melissa Quek, Goh Shou Yi, Chek Chankethya (Cambodia), Simona Cieri (Italy) and Martin Schick (Switzerland).
Cheryl is a LASALLE Arts (Dance) graduate where she learnt in-depth about both dancing and performing and caring for her body as a dancer.

A curious individual, Rachel’s belief of “knowledge has a beginning but no end” has motivated her to always keep an open mind for new information. With a degree in Sports Science and Management from the National Technological University of Singapore, she is driven by a strong sense of purpose and dedication to pass on knowledge of the body to her clients.
