Deep rooted in the belief that Posture is one of the most influential topics that can change a person’s life, Emile embarks on a momentous journey to help others through sharing his knowledge & experience. He does this by assisting his clients towards regaining good posture for overall physical wellness.
Emile has a background in Exercise & Sports Science alongside 5 years of practical experience in postural correction, movement efficiency & injury prevention for organisations such as UNESCO Council of International Dance and LASALLE College of the Art.
He specialises in:
A passionate dancer, Cheryl is trained in Classical Ballet under the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) syllabus starting at the tender age of 3. She moved on to other genres of dance such as Contemporary, Jazz and Hip Hop and has performed internationally at the prestigious Fae Mae Kong – International Festival of Dance in Laos and Rozzi Theatre in Siena, Italy. She performed and worked with various international and local artistes such as Edith Podesta, Melissa Quek, Goh Shou Yi, Chek Chankethya (Cambodia), Simona Cieri (Italy) and Martin Schick (Switzerland). Cheryl is a LASALLE Arts (Dance) graduate where she learnt in-depth about both dancing and performing and caring for her body as a dancer. She specialises in: 1. Ballet (Foundation Techniques, Classical Ballet) 2. Improvisation (Understanding and Explorations of Movements in the Body) 3. Stretching (Full Body Stretch and Flexibility) Cheryl believes that personal growth comes from being humble and learning constantly. She hopes to be able to continue to impart her knowledge and skills through the classes she runs.

Bounce off her enthusiasm and be motivated in reaching your personal goals in her classes! She specialises in: 1. High Intensity Interval Training 2. Yoga 3. Calisthenics Kai is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and has also attained Basic Sports Science certification with Sports Singapore. Mentored by Master Trainer, Jeremy, she is currently pursuing her Personal Trainer certification.
A curious individual, Rachel’s belief of “knowledge has a beginning but no end” has motivated her to always keep an open mind for new information. With a degree in Sports Science and Management from the National Technological University of Singapore, she is driven by a strong sense of purpose and dedication to pass on knowledge of the body to her clients.Personally mentored by the founder, Emile, you can rely on her to provide top-notch therapies while maintaining a casual and friendly environment. Jeremy’s forte is in assisting his clients to perform basic movement patterns efficiently, facilitating them to achieving their goals in fitness & sports.Backed with 5 years experience as an ACE Personal Trainer and a Diploma in Exercise Sciences alongside a Degree in Sports Science & Marketing from the University of Stirling (UK), Jeremy has a track record of helping many clients overcome their personal physical challenges & discover new goals in life. He specialises in: 1. Sports performance 2. Strength and Conditioning 3. Sports Massage 4. Sports Rehab, Reintegration and Prevention of Injuries
Beatrice is an AHPC (Allied Health Professions Council) licensed Physiotherapist having worked full-time in Singapore since 2012 after graduating from Trinity College of Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (Honors). She specializes in sports rehabilitation and is also certified and trained in:
Beatrice is currently a competitive powerlifting athlete but also has a long history of field sports experience. She believes in helping her clients achieve their goals of health and performance through committed collaboration with medical and fitness professionals and from understanding her clients needs thoroughly.
